Thai Koh Samui is a super strain from Koh Samui Island in Thailand where the shroom got its name. It is a very rare mushroom as it is barely found outside of Thailand. The shroom has a moderate to high potency with its psychoactive elements being psilocybin and psilocin. These elements both influence the serotonin receptors to induce hallucinogenic effects in the user. It is mainly used for recreational purposes, but medicinal users still use the Thai Koh Samui to treat depression, anxiety, stress, and alleviate other symptoms associated with these conditions. The high that comes from this strain is described as feelings of immense awareness—awareness of your surroundings, the people around you, and the food you consume and are craving for. When taking the Thai Koh Samui, it is recommended not to smoke weed alongside it. You may mix it in smoothies instead to lower the effects especially if you are a beginner.
